The Author Incubator is a 6-month immersive writing program designed to support you in turning your inner wisdom into words—and your words into healing, connection, and impact.

Meet Your Facilitators



Rebbecca Bakre is an author and accredited Life Coach, who is passionate about seeing women disrupt broken cycles and find their peace. She has authored two books, 'Go Be Her: Your Self Coaching Guide Back to You,' and 'The Black Woman in Leadership’s Survival Guide.' As she writes her next book to be published, she wants to inspire this incubator community to tell their stories. She uses mindfulness techniques to guide others to center, get clear, and perform at a higher level so that they enjoy the fruits of a life well lived. She believes that showing others how to clear their blockages to writing will bring more peace and fulfillment, as they create impact in the world.

 



Song Atthajaroon is an Intuitive Life Coach, Reiki Master, and Mindfulness Facilitator who loves helping others live authentically into their dreams. Together, you'll find your voice and bring your writing dreams into reality. She has been a creative since she was a child and has been writing for blogs, online publications, and businesses for over 20 years. In this incubator, she will be motivating you to complete your own writing goals as she works alongside you on self-publishing her first book. In the first incubator, she published her first paid Substack series.

Author Incubator Guidelines: 

  • Be open to learning about and from different spiritual perspectives. We honor and respect all spiritual paths and practices and agree to avoid derogatory or dismissive language about any belief system. 
  • During Peer Review Sessions, we recognize:
    • We hold everyone in their highest light as they share.
    • Recognize that you may not be the audience for everyone's ideas. And that is okay. What's theirs isn’t about us.
    • Critiques are to align with the criteria provided in the given rubric.
  • Sharing during group sessions is meant to be a safe container to express insights or experiences. Please support others by actively listening when they are talking and take turns in sharing, being mindful not to interrupt or talk over others.
  • Each member is uniquely gifted with their own energetic vibration and can contribute differently to amplify each week’s topics. Come as you are and speak from the heart. When sharing, you can use phrases like, “I feel,” “I think,” and “In my experience...”
  • Sharing is 100% optional. However, your questions or contributions may help others in their learning. We encourage you to share.
  • Participation is 100% confidential. Please do not share the names or stories of anyone in the group outside of the group to ensure the privacy and safety of all. Group classes will be recorded and posted on the Kajabi platform only to those who are enrolled in the Author Incubator.
  • The group aims to be a judgement-free zone. Please come with an open mind and open-heart. Be vigilant of any judgements you may have about yourself and others. You may even examine where that judgment is coming from and ask, “Is this thought helping or hurting?” If it is hurting, you can let it go. 
  • The recommended meditations and exercises provided are optional. However, whatever you put in, will only help grow and learn. 
  • It is possible that energy healing may bring up additional feelings for you that are too big to fully process during our class. In this case, we can schedule a separate time to meet 1:1 for energy healing or a life coaching session.
  • Please do not share slides, videos, or materials from the learning platform with others outside of the group.

 

Instructional Terms: 

The work we do in this Author Incubator will help you develop and understand what you hope to accomplish in your journey. The Author Incubator looks to foster a supportive environment for those outcomes. The instructor will share her skills and abilities to support your growth, intuitive awareness, and tools for personal and/or professional development. However, the Author Incubator and instructions are only resources.

 

Client Responsibility:

As a conscious participant in your growth, you will ultimately take all responsibility for and actions related to accomplishing your goals and furthering the evolution of your life journey.

 

Refund policy:

Refunds are not available for the Author Incubator. However, if you have purchased the Author Incubator and cannot attend, we can apply the credit to a future Author Incubator or towards services from Songbird Journeys.
