Have a Hard Time Speaking Your Truth? These 7 Throat Chakra Stones Could Help

In the case of the throat chakra, in particular, it follows that “a person with a balanced throat chakra is able to express their truth and engage in active listening with others,” says Reiki master, intuitive life coach, and mindfulness facilitator Song Atthajaroon. They will also not typically feel any pain or sensitivity in the throat or neck region.

By contrast, someone with an imbalanced throat chakra could have an overactive or under-active (aka blocked) throat chakra.

A person with an overactive throat chakra “may yell or speak over others, engage in gossip, be overly opinionated or critical, or use harsh words,” says Atthajaroon. Whereas, someone with an under-active or blocked throat chakra might struggle to express themselves or speak up at all, she says.

Each of the 7 Chakras Is Associated With a Color—Here’s What Each One Means

The seven chakras represent different energy centers of our body that run up the length of our spine, and each is associated with specific organs and aspects of our spiritual selves. The chakras are accompanied by seven different chakra colors, each aligning with the area of the body or spirit that the chakra represents.

“The higher chakras are associated with etheric elements beyond time and space.”—Song Atthajaroon, reiki healer

Spiritual guide, Reiki healer, and mindfulness facilitator practicing in Rocklin, California, Song Atthajaroon explains that the lower three chakras are concerned with the physical self. As you traverse upward through the heart chakra—the middle chakra—you’ll eventually reach the upper chakras, which are concerned with your spiritual self. “The higher chakras are associated with etheric elements beyond time and space,” Atthajaroon says

How To Manifest Something, According To Experts

Write It Down

“Putting pen to paper helps lock our desires into memory,” says Song Atthajaroon, an intuitive life coach and energy healer. Maybe you scribble “I want to run a half marathon in October” in a notebook 50 times every day, or frame a hand-written list of your goals on your bedside table. If you’re trying to manifest a raise, write a script of how you want that conversation with your boss to go. “The process of writing down our goals is similar to creating a contract with the universe. We want to see this goal through and we are asking the universe for assistance,” Atthajaroon says.

Envision Living Out Your Goals

Visualization meditations make your aspirations feel all the more real. “Envisioning that we have already attained our goal speeds the process of manifesting to become a reality,” says Atthajaroon. Say you want to buy a house. Sit quietly and close your eyes. Then visualize where you’ll hang your favorite painting, how it feels to make your grandma’s lasagna recipe in the kitchen, and meeting your neighbors for the first time.

Reiki on social media is making waves - But does it really work?

Reiki masters are active on social media, but also amateurs. Anyone who wants to become a reiki master must attend the appropriate courses to learn the basics. “A person who is a Reiki master must go through three levels of training. ‘During these, we learn about the history, theory, symbols and practice of the method.’ Only those who complete the three-level training can call themselves a reiki master, after the first two steps students are only called reiki practitioners. ‘Practitioners and masters of different experience levels have different degrees of healing ability,’ said Atthajaroon, also pointing out that energy healing can be particularly exhausting for those who are not properly trained. – With the help of reiki, we connect to a system, the energy network of the universe, whose energy we use instead of our own energy. For this to work, clear intention is important, otherwise we harm ourselves.

Mindfulness

What advice would you give to other leaders about how to create a fantastic work culture?

Now more than ever it is important to take a compassionate, heart-centered approach to leadership. Heart-centered leadership seeks to inspire growth and empowerment, whereas fear-based leadership seeks to control and intimidate. The latter may produce quickly measurable results but could create a negative work environment that leads to burnout and high turnover. Leadership that embraces a heart-centered approach to work culture will not only see measurable results in the quality of work, but also personal development, morale boosting, and a rewarding company culture of work/life balance that promotes loyalty.

Heart-centered leadership cultivates mindfulness, connection, and safe space in the workplace. Mindfulness can be as easy as inviting everyone to take a few deep breaths before the start of every meeting. I have worked in different organizations and found that when leaders take the time to develop a genuine connection with individuals on their team, it can go a long way towards recognizing value and creating a positive work culture. In the workplace, creating space to share ideas and ask questions fosters innovation and collaboration. Creating space could also include being mindful in allowing women, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ team members to be heard.

How We Can Develop Serenity and Support Each Other During Uncertain And Anxious Times

Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started your career?

Yes, it’s about how anxiety is actually what led me to my current career path. Let me explain. I had taught myself how to code and develop websites at an early age. I was working in a web studio and then a large healthcare company before the dot.com bubble burst. When I decided to go back to the tech industry in 2016, I enrolled in code school and I was met with excruciating and debilitating anxiety.

I sought help from a spiritual psychologist who helped me understand my anxiety and reunited me with my intuitive side. He got me in touch with a spiritual mentor who helped bring out my gifts as a spiritual medium and energy healer. Not so long after, I had a vision during a mediation that I would meet a career coach who would help me take my next step. I saw her image, her office, and her garden before I even met her. When I finally met her, I started to admit to myself that being a life coach was really my soul’s calling. A couple spiritual business mentors and a pandemic later, it was anxiety again that met me again. This time, it was telling me that it was time to go. So, I took the inspired action and officially launched my spiritual business.

Shifting Your Scarcity Mindset: The Key to Financial Empowerment

Intuitive Life Coach and Energy Healer Song Atthajaroon explains how abundance mindset ushers in positive changes, “When we believe that there is more than enough to go around, focus on gratitude, and put our attention to how our business is positively impacting the lives of others, people will feel that. They will want to do business with us and keep operations flowing more abundantly. An abundance mindset will help us provide better customer service, allowing for customer retention, and referrals, which will increase revenue.”

Use Affirmations

Affirmations are positive statements that help reinforce ideas for growth through repetition. They can be a potent tool to help rewire the brain. As Atthajaroon shares, "Affirmations help us reprogram our minds to focus on what we have and what we have in the future instead of what we don't have."

Before an abundance mindset becomes your default setting, you'll need to consciously practice it and familiarize your mind and body with the fulfillment that it brings.

Song Atthajaroon on The Law of Attraction

The law of attraction is a profoundly impactful tool that we can use to enhance our lives and help us achieve our desired outcomes. One of my favorite spiritual laws of the universe, the law of attraction (LOA) is based on the simple notion that like attracts like. Oftentimes, it is applied to our thought process as positive thoughts can often create positive results. How I see it, while LOA is not entirely based on our thoughts, it’s a great place to start.

Our thoughts create our reality

The mind is a powerful force for co-creation. I use the term co-creation because we are not alone in this universe. We are embedded in an interconnected web with other co-creators, orchestrated by a force some call God, the universe, or the divine. When we think positively about what we want, we can start dreaming, envisioning, and taking steps towards our desires. We then become active participants in our lives instead of letting life happen to us.
